Text Messaging/Notification
Southwest Allen County Schools utilizes the SchoolMessenger Notification system to deliver text messages straight to your mobile phone with important information about events, school delays/closings, and emergencies.

Volunteers/Visitors
If
you wish to volunteer or visit at any of the Southwest Allen County Schools, participate in volunteer activities, or
accompany a child on a field trip, you will need to complete the
"Background Check Form". By signing, you are authorizing Southwest Allen
County Schools to perform a criminal history check. You will need to
fill out the information listed below. Please make sure that your
information is printed legibly. Make sure you provide your Full Name,
Date of Birth, email and Signature or we will not be able to allow you to volunteer.
SACS Limited Background Check Form (10.2022)
After completing the Background Form and returning to the HHS office, volunteers/visitors must also complete Bullying Prevention and Intervention Training. He/she must watch the following video (at link below) in its entirety. At the completion of the video he/she will complete a short form which is then emailed to the district to verify the volunteer/visitor has competed training.
